We offer our KETO meals 4 oz. 6 oz. or 8 oz. of protein; healthy fats consisting of unsalted butter, virgin olive oil, coconut butter/oil, heavy cream, cheese; and above ground grown green vegetables. If you are lactose intolerant, our KETO diet is probably not for you.
