All MARS LEAN meals focus around roughly 7 oz. of protein, 1 cup of carbohydrates, and 1 cup of vegetables per meal. This puts the average meal size at 600 – 700 calories per meal for Lunch and Supper and around 400 calories for a healthy breakfast. Additionally, snacks such as fruit and nuts are included in your meal delivery to ensure that your nutritional requirements are met for the day, putting your daily average intake at roughly 1800 – 1900 calories. Please take any protein, body-building, or pre-workout supplement/drinks into consideration when choosing a plan or counting your calories.
