All MARS BULK meals focus around roughly 9 oz. of protein, 1 cup of carbohydrates, and 1 cup of vegetables per meal. This puts the average meal size at 700 – 900 calories per meal for Lunch and Supper and over 400 calories for a healthy breakfast. Additionally, snacks such as fruit and nuts are included in your meal delivery to ensure that your nutritional requirements are met for the day, putting your daily average intake at roughly 2500-2800 calories. Please take any protein, body-building, or pre-workout supplement/drinks into consideration when choosing a plan or counting your calories. Bulk plans receive one additional chicken meal each day, totaling 6 extra meals per week, to ensure you have enough calories.
