This plan includes:
5 PRIME 600 meals or 5 Keto Meals
All PRIME 600 meals focus around roughly 4 oz. of protein, 1 cup of carbohydrates, and 1 cup of vegetables per meal. This puts the average meal size at 550- 600 calories per meal.
KETO meals 6 oz. of protein; healthy fats consisting of unsalted butter, virgin olive oil, coconut butter/oil, heavy cream, cheese; and above ground grown green vegetables. If you are lactose intolerant, our KETO diet is probably not for you. The Ketogenic diets consist of calories that derive from healthy fats (60 – 75%), protein (15 – 30%) and extremely limited carbohydrates (5-10%).
