OUR FOOD:

All of our food is cooked and delivered twice a week. We do this because we utilize the freshest ingredients and want to ensure that the meals you receive have the highest possible qualities. No freezer burn. No flavor loss. No texture damage. Just fresh, healthy food.

VENUS AND MARS:

We understand that men and women have inherently different nutritional requirements. Height, weight, body frame, physical exercise: Getting the right amount of food is essential to ensure that you, the busy Alpha receives all the nutrients that you need to remain healthy, strong, and full of energy.

We deliver 6 days’ worth of food to you. Why 6 days? Because we understand that sometimes you need a day to ‘cheat’ or just eat something different.  You receive 18 meals plus snacks: 6x Breakfast, 6x Lunch, and 6x Supper. A complimentary daily snack-pack of 2 fruit and a trail-mix is included.

VENUS LEAN meals focus around roughly 4 oz. of protein, 1 cup of carbohydrates, and 1 cup of vegetables per meal. This puts the average meal size at 350- 400 calories per meal for Lunch and Supper and around 400 calories for a healthy breakfast. Additionally, snacks such as fruit and nuts are included in your meal delivery to ensure that your nutritional requirements are met for the day, putting your daily average intake at roughly 1200-1400 calories. Please take any protein, body-building, or pre-workout supplement/drinks into consideration when choosing a plan or counting your calories.

VENUS MAINTAIN meals focus around roughly 5 oz. of protein, 1 cup of carbohydrates, and 1 cup of vegetables per meal. This puts the average meal size at 450-500 calories per meal for Lunch and Supper and around 400 calories for a healthy breakfast. Additionally, snacks such as fruit and nuts  are included in your meal delivery to ensure that your nutritional requirements are met for the day, putting your daily average intake at roughly 1400-1550 calories. VENUS BULK meals focus around roughly 6 oz. of protein, 1 cup of carbohydrates, and 1 cup of vegetables per meal.
